These Legal Terms are a binding agreement between you and the Company about your use of the DIZIZID platform and the tickets you buy through it.

Agreement to our legal terms

We are the Company (“we,” “us,” “our”), a registered business entity.

We operate the platform (the “Site”), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Services”). Our Services facilitate the browsing, purchasing, and digital delivery of event tickets. You can contact us by email through the official support channels provided on the platform.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and the Company, concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms.

THOSE WITHHOLDING AGREEMENT REMAIN EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

We reserve the right to make changes to these Legal Terms at any time. We will alert you by updating the last updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Age requirement

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

The Company provides a digital platform for purchasing event tickets. All ticket sales are subject to availability.

The information provided remains restricted from distribution to or use in any jurisdiction where such use would contravene local law. Persons accessing the Services from other locations bear responsibility for compliance with local laws.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated by the specific event organizer, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

We own or license all intellectual property rights in the Services, including source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, text, and graphics (the “Content”), as well as trademarks and logos (the “Marks”). Content and Marks are provided “AS IS” for your personal, non-commercial or internal business use only.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services and download or print Content for personal, non-commercial, or internal business use. Reproduction, republication, selling, or commercial exploitation of the Services, Content, or Marks requires our express written permission.

Your submissions

By sending us questions, comments, or feedback (“Submissions”), you assign to us all intellectual property rights in such Submissions, which we may use for any lawful purpose without compensation to you. You confirm your Submissions comply with our Prohibited Activities policy and that you hold the rights necessary to submit them.

3. User Representations

By using the Services, you represent that:

• you hold legal capacity to agree to these Legal Terms;
• you hold majority age status in your jurisdiction;
• you will access the Services through human means exclusively;
• you will use the Services for lawful purposes; and
• your use will comply with applicable law.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree to refrain from:

• systematically retrieving data to build a database without permission;
• attempting to defraud us or other users;
• circumventing security features;
• harassing, abusing, or harming any person;
• misusing support channels or submitting false reports;
• uploading viruses or malicious code;
• engaging in unauthorized data scraping or automated use;

• utilizing automated software, bots, or scripts to bypass ticket purchasing limits or secure tickets artificially.

5. User Generated Contributions

If the Services allow you to submit content (“Contributions”), you represent and warrant that your Contributions:

• avoid infringing third-party rights;
• are truthful;
• remain lawful; and
• comply with applicable law.

We maintain the right to remove or restrict Contributions violating this policy.

6. Contribution License

You agree that we may access, store, process, and use information and personal data you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We claim zero ownership of your Contributions; you retain full ownership, and you bear sole responsibility for them.

7. Third-Party Websites and Content

The Services may link to third-party websites or content outside our control. We disclaim responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or content of such third-party sites. Use of third-party sites rests entirely at your own risk.

8. Services Management

We retain the right, but exclude the obligation, to:

• monitor the Services for violations;
• take legal action where necessary;
• restrict or disable access to Contributions; and
• otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights and property.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove Services content at any time without notice, and assume zero liability for any resulting loss or inconvenience. We provide zero guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability of the Services.

12. Governing Law

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

13. Dispute Resolution

The Parties agree to first attempt resolving any dispute informally for at least thirty days before pursuing formal resolution.

Disputes remaining unresolved informally may be submitted to binding arbitration or the applicable courts, except for disputes involving intellectual property rights, unauthorized use, or claims for injunctive relief.

14. Corrections

Information on the Services may contain errors or omissions, including pricing, event details, and ticket availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors at any time without prior notice, including the cancellation of ticket orders placed under inaccurate pricing.

15. Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE ZERO WARRANTIES AS TO THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF SERVICES CONTENT AND ASSUME ZERO LIABILITY FOR ERRORS, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, INTERRUPTIONS, OR THIRD-PARTY CONTENT. WE DISCLAIM RESPONSIBILITY FOR EVENT CANCELLATIONS, POSTPONEMENTS, OR THE EXECUTION OF THE EVENTS THEMSELVES.

16. Limitations of Liability

IN ALL EVENTS, WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS REMAIN FREE FROM LIABILITY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY REMAINS LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR TICKETS IN DISPUTE OR THE STATUTORY MINIMUM.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim or demand arising from your use of the Services, breach of these Legal Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

18. User Data

We maintain data you transmit to the Services for the purpose of managing performance. You are solely responsible for all data you transmit, and we disclaim liability for loss or corruption of such data.

19. Electronic Communications, Transactions, and Signatures

Visiting the Services or sending us emails constitutes electronic communication. You consent to receive communications electronically and agree that electronic signatures and records satisfy any legal writing requirement.

This applies to the digital delivery and scanning of electronic tickets.

20. Miscellaneous

These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

These Legal Terms avoid creating any joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
